Quick Update

We are moving into our own apartment in 3 days...thats right 3 DAYS!!!  YAY!!! We are totally excited.  Ale is still growing every day...she talks in almost full sentences...depends on what she is saying.  We had snack one day, and she had to have her kitty, "zee ba" and "ge raf" with her.  She said they needed to have snack too...lol so I took a picture of how she set them up to have snack with us....lol  We played with playdoh for the first time this past week..and we made it out without eating on bit.    Alexandrea is getting a whole lot better with eating with her spoons and forks...just look at that pudding face...thats the only spot it got...nowhere on the tabel...Proud mommy moments are happening everywhere...The potty training is going as good as it is going to get.  She goes a couple times through out the day, then there are days she tells me she wants her diapers...sooo I am just playing it by ear and letting her go when she wants to.  I am not going to rush her.  She is cutting some more back teeth.  Which is weird to me, I guess because she is almost 2 and I figured they would be all in by now.  Which that is another story...TERRIBLE 2's!!!

AUGHHHHHH!!!!!!  They are the worst!!!  I can not wait for this stage to be over already.  One minute she is all loving and happy go lucky, then the next, she is soooo evil.  Slapping, yelling, telling me no with her little finger pointing at me, like if I do not listen to her, I am going to be sorry...LOL  OOO and dont let me forget THE LOOK!!!  She gives you this look like she is going to hurt you just with her thoughts...LOL  That is my goal this week, besides moving...to take a pic of THE LOOK!!!  LMAO.

So until later, on in the week...probably wont be until Easter (Sunday), have a good week and cant wait to update more.  Love you all.

Up and Adom...

Well we are up and about to get dressed, then around 9:30 ish we will be heading out the door for Orlando to go see this attorney and see if he is any good. I am just leaving a quick note and hope that everyone has a good day....JUST REMEMBER:

As promised

Today really the only thing that happened was Alexandrea behaved really well when it was just me and her this morning in the store, grocery shopping.  She was so good, I bought her some play doh... :)

Other than that...it is 7:11pm and she has not taking a nap AT ALL TODAY!!!  She is walking around diaper less because she informed me today she was a "Big gurl" and went pee pee on the potty.  Well nothing much else to post today...off to finish diner...enjoy the pictures :)

Where did it go??

So today we went to the flee market as a family, and it was quite fun.  Ale was very well behaved, and we all 3 ended up getting something.

Little miss Ale ended up getting some new sun glasses...so that is a total of 2 pair now that she owns.  She picked this pair out of 7 different pairs that she had tried on and looked at in the mirror.  I will take a picture tomorrow, for it is way to late and I am exhausted...just on here to update the blog :)  I told you I was going to keep it updated...even if it is just a little quick note.

We went and saw my dad today, it was for just alittle bit, but all the time we get to spend with him is nice because we basically are getting to make up for lost time now...and Ale absolutely LOVES her "PaPa".  She will literally run around the house until she can find him.

The title of todays post is called "Where did it go??" because after Ale's bath, she decided that she was going to get out of the tub, and sneak and get her baby shampoo...well when no one was looking, she decided to empty the whole bottle into the toilet.  When daddy went in there to check on her, she looked at him and said "where did it go??"  LOL how cute was that.  Couldnt really punish punish her, so daddy sat down and had a little talk with her letting her know that was not ok to do and it was bad...she said sorry and when asked if she would do it again, she said no.  We have such a smart little girl for someone only being 22 months. 

Which this reminds me....ooo dear ooo dear ooo dear!!!  What are we going to do for her birthday party this year???  Any ideas, please feel free to post or send me and email and give me some ideas :)  She is really into Mickey Mouse, Dora, Zoo Animals, and Elmo...since I hate almost every one of those, except the zoo animals...we might go for a zoo animal theme...mainly zebra's...SHE LOVES HER SOME "ZEE BA's"

Off to get a camera

Well it is now 3:29pm, and Alexandrea is down for her nap....it is a rare occasion that we get her down for a nap, she refuses and fights us with everything she has NOT to sleep during the day.  But who could really blame her...she wants to be apart of any type of action that may be going on.  When I get back, I will have to take some pics and update them on here :)  So until then...over and out.

Num Num Nummy

Nothing really went on today.  Alexandrea woke up this morning actually in a good mood and did not start her opinionated meanness until around like 1:30ish.  Helped my mom take bricks out of the back of a pickup truck, and Ale HAD to help, so she took all the little broken pieces over to the brick pile.  You should have seen her, she looked so proud to be helping. 

One thing that was the cutest thing ever...we had DiGorno Pizza & Breadsticks tonight for diner...which in my opinion of pizza and breadsticks..well work the $6 and it was oh so yummy....BUT as Ale would say, "num num nummy".  Her little eye brows were going up and down with excitement of the yummyness.  She even licked her little fingers when she was done.

Well that really is all for today.  Robert is sittin here with me while Ale is sleeping.  It is very peaceful in the house.  And since it is quiet and so relaxing, I am heading to bed.  Tomorrow I am actually going to try to find another camera so I can start posting pictures again.

4am!

This morning I was woken up at 4am!!  by Alexandrea moving all about in our bed, so I was trying to get her to stop and go back to sleep, but she insisted on trying to take her diaper off.  So I picked her up and brought her into the bathroom, I asked if she needed to go potty, and she said, so tiredly yes...put her up there and sure enough, she went potty.  I was so proud of her.  We went back to bed and just cuddled.  When she woke up she went potty again, and only had maybe one accident in her diaper the whole night...and not enough to really even tell she went potty in her diaper.  I think she is really starting to get this potty thing :) 

YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY

We are currently just sitting here enjoyin each others company and watching the birds fly by, the cats chase them and cars drive by while looking out the window.  These are the days that are just wonderful, no screaming, no hitting, and no telling me NO.  Dont get me wrong, I love all days with our precious baby, but days like today are so much easier on the stress level.   Well we have an appointment at 2:30pm, then we are headed to Walmart and Ross.  I know what a combination...lol  Gotta get a new handbag, and MAYBE a new shirt...hehehe, then gotta go pick up some groceries for the week.  This week we put the last amount into savings needed for Robert's car to be fixed.  Besides having to pay for the new transmission, we had to come up with like $500 extra for the installation of it (so it would be done properly).  Then of course, with our luck, he blew a head gasket (for the ones of you that know car language), so that is another $50.  Thank goodness this week, all we had was my Jeep payment.  I can tell you this...I am excited about next week because there are NO bills to be paid, and we have the whole pay check to put into savings.  That means that we are that much closer to getting out on our own again.  DOUBLE YAY!!!!

Its now 11:34pm, and yes I am still up.  This is the only time during the day (of course when Robert is working), that I am peace a quiet and no one is up but me.  Alone time, shhh, do you hear that???  Thats right, the only thing that you can hear is my fingers hitting the keys, and the faded sound of the television.  Today I went to Ross and got a couple books...cook books, a dictionary of dreams, and a very nice daily insperational book.  I am hoping that it makes me look at every day in a little better light.  **Heres to hoping** :)

Good news today though...we got the check from the Steve Mitchell from easyhomes123...so thats money that is going into savings tomorrow for the new place YAY!!!

Happy St. Patricks Day

Alexandrea is wearing her little green Mickey Mouse shirt today.  Only thing I think we have her that is green.  I know sad isnt it???  Her daddy usually gets stuff that is pink or purple, and little miss diva picks out her clothes too when we can go shopping for her...and guess what she picks out...pink and purple...LOL.

Today I am going to try to take her to a playdate with my frined Stephania and her two daughters, but it is supposed to rain...sooo lets keep our fingers crossed.  We need to get out of the house to keep mommy sane.  LOL

It is now 12:22pm, Robert is still sleeping for his long night at work, and I am up and about doing things for school (reading my books for my discussion later tonight), keeping Ale entertained, looking yet still for another place, making appointments for things that need to be done, and doing research...for things yet to be disclosed at this time.  Sorry we are keeping it to ourselves...and no it is deffiantly NOT a pregnancy.  Oh goodness what kind of surprise that would be..LOL. 

Today we went and got a poster board and stickers so we can make a potty chart as motivation for Alexandrea.  Now lets just hope that this is a good motivator.  She put her first sticker on it today when she went potty.  She then insisted I put her pull ups on instead of her diaper.  Thinking I was going to have a girl go potty all day on the potty was a figment of my imagination...but she did very well...went 2 more times, and then had an accident in the pull ups.  Its alright, we are going to keep on trying.  She will get it soon. :)

I picked up my glasses today and sooo have to get used to them.  I am constantly looking above them or below them comparing the difference.  Oh well, guess I have offically joined the crowd of people wearing glasses.  Tonight we are having some BBQ chicken, baked beans and potato salad....mmmm yummy!!  So I am off of here for for now, gotta get in there and finish it while Alexandrea is napping (FINALLY!!!). 

Strange Dream

Last night I had the strangest dream ever.  I dreamed that we were just sittin here at the house, relaxing and I felt this bad lower pain.  Well all of a sudden I was giving birth, and to a puppy??  WEIRD huh??  Only other times that I had weird dreams like that was when I was pregnant with Alexandrea...I had given birth one time to a fish...LOL

This morning, Alexandrea has been the best child in the world.  She let me brush her teeth without a fight.  She let me brush her hair AND pull it up without fighting me, AND she has kept it up in her ponytail as well.  She has listened to me everytime I asked her to do something or not to do something.  I absolutely love these days!! 

Steve Mitchell from easyhomes123.com still has not given our money back, so Robert is going to call him today and see when we can meet up to get the money back.  We can not move on with our lives until we know this has been takin care of.  He should not be able to take advantage of people like this anymore.  On a more positive note, the house hunting is going a little more smoothly because we have decided that it doesnt matter what we have to live in, as long as it is decent and has enough room for us.  Found a couple that we are interested in, just have to wait to see about going inside to look.

Well it is 2:41pm and I am sittin here bored off my bottom.  Alexandrea has finally fell back into the terrible two stage of today.  LOL I knew it was not going to last all day.  But it is not as bad as it normaly is either, so its still a win win....LOL  She has become very atimant about letting me know SHE WILL NOT BE TAKING NAPS!!!   She tells me "mommy no nigh nigh" (yes of course with the "t" in night).  I have learned I am just not going to fight her, she can go to bed earlier everynight.

Well it is 12:21 am and I am totally exhausted.  I have been up all day trying to find a place, taking care of Ale, and looking up stuff for Robert.  I have to say, even though there were some icky, VERY icky times today, I wouldnt change it for anything.  Like they always say...you cant have the good without the bad.  I am going to go and curl up to my warm little princess....(while we are at my moms, have to share a room).   So I figure I will get some room in the bed until Daddy (Robert) gets home from work...then between him and Alexandrea, I will have a few inches of bed space to sleep.  Go figure the 2 skinnies ones in our little family and I am the one to get almost booted off the bed...LMAO!!!

Tomorrow is yet a nother day :)

Walking, Talking, Climbing, OH MY!!! 07/10/09 (found it wasnt posted yet)

The last time I posted was when she had turned a year old. Well she is no 14 months old and I swear is already going through her TERRIBLE TWOS!!! She is all sweet and innocent until you try to do something she doesnt want you to do...this little girl has to have things done her way or no way at all, already...I KNOW!! She is a pretty good baby though for being 14 months old. She listens when you tell her no no...there are only those little tantrums here and there when she doesnt want no as an answer. She even helps out around the house...she is deffiently mommy's little helper.

When she sees me in the kitchen unloading the dishwasher, she has to help...except for the sharp stuff of course...she picks one fork out at a time and hands it to me to put away. She is even getting so tall that she puts them in the draw sometimes too...of course she doesnt know where she is putting it in there, but none the less she is putting it away like a big girl. She nows sits at the table with mommy and daddy during meals, she wont have it any other way...I swear that is the only way the child will actually eat something...God forbid us put her in her highchair....OOOO and if daddy isnt there eating with us, she will hardly touch her food. Robert was joking this morning telling me "Yeah, guess you can never leave me huh?" LOL Talking about eating, our little princess is now eating with silverware. She is an expert at eating with a fork and is still adjusting to a spoon, but she is getting better and better every day. She no longer uses a bottle whatsoever...not sure if I mentioned that last post or not. In about 2 more months, we are stopping the "nunu"(pacifier) I told Robert I wouldnt mind her having it at like naptime and bedtime but then after awhile we are going to have to break that too. I just hate seeing her all the time with that thing in her mouth. She has been getting better with it not always being in there, but she has her moments where you try to take it from her and she literally has a conipsion.

House hunting again....

We are hoping today is the day we find a house to rent. We have decided not to buy a house, well did not help that we got swindelled by the guy selling us the house...

We figured if we save up for atleast a year or two, then we will have enough to buy a house with a really good down payment down. We are going as soon as daddy (Robert) wakes up. He had to work late last night. Sucks he has to work after today, 4 days straight.

Ale woke me up this morning telling me "go mommy, go mommy" so I woke up, and I asked her if she needed to go potty...she said umm huh, so I took her diaper off and took her into the bathroom...and sure enough she got up on the potty and went potty. I had a very proud mommy moment right then and there :).

"I went pee pee on the potty mommy"

Today Alexandrea has insisted on taking her diaper off every time she went pee pee in it. Which is cool because then that means she knows she went and needs a new diaper...all for it!! Well she took it off without me knowing and went in the bathroom, climbed up on her little foot step and sat on the her potty cover seat for the big people toilet and went potty. She came running into the living room where I was working on my school work, and said "I went pee pee on the potty mommy".

HOW COOL WAS THAT!!!!

That is really all that has happened today, besides Ale going a couple more times on the potty. And well her being a total terror and not listening to a word I say. When she gets mad, she now tells us to "HUT sh". Its the cutest little thing, but I cant show her that it is...lol. She is starting to say Yes mam and no mam when I ask her stuff or to do stuff. She now always says thank you and please. What a well little mannered little girl we have.

Ever so growing...

Today I sat here just watching Alexandrea play. I realized how much she has grown since that first day I held her on her birthday 05/04/2008. As she played with her necklaces and showed me every one of her almost 25 braclets, I thought about how she could barely hold her head up when she was doing tummy time.

She is talking so much better now. She actually says sentences and will have little conversations with me. I haven't been able to update any pictures on my computer because well, it doesn't support my cameras XD card. So I am going to be finding my USB cord that connects directly to the camera so I can update pictures of her. She is growing literally like a weed. Already in size 7 shoes and we are in the process of switching her over into size 24 months...really only because the length of 18 months do not fit her anymore...they look like high waters on her.

Well I am getting off here till later. I am seriously going to try to keep this thing updated, it is just with looking for a place of our own, taking care of a very, and I mean VERY active 22 month old, a hubby, and school...I hardly have any time to just sit at the computer.

Sad I know, but say la vie...life is what it is :)
