Bringing in 2011

This year I am bringing in 2011 sitting here at the house with our lil bit...she of course is sleeping, I would LOVE to be in bed, but I refuse to admit that Im getting older and need to be in bed...LOL....that and the hubs will soon be off work....HOEPFULLY I can give him a kiss right @ 12am (if he makes here in time)...

I have plans for this year, and I plan on accomplishing every single one of them.  Even if it takes me till this time next year!!  I WILL ACCOMPLISH THEM!!!!!

For one I plan on having our 2nd child...lol

Well I am off here to enjoy the peace and quiet that getting Alexandrea a "big girl bed" (a pillow top twin bed) has brought me....soo I leave you with this...

So sad.

We were planning on surprising everyone at Christmas that we were prego again with BabyAdams#2, but sadly to say on Friday evening we miscarried.  Right now we are trying to pick up the pieces and make do with what we have, but it is still a very sad time for us.  Yes we were only 7 weeks, but 7 weeks of being prego with your hopeful second child is more than not being prego.  All the what if's about your soon to be completed family...

We are going to the doc tomorrow to make sure everything is ok.  Then in a few months after we have healed and maybe ready to move on, we will try again for our second angel.  But of course this baby will never leave our hearts.  We named him/her Angel. Either way if they were a boy or girl...the name works and atleast we know that our little one is in a better place.

Long Time No Post...

Sorry for not posting anything lately but things have been REALLY crazy around here lately.  From work, school and lil bit..but I must say there are some VERY interesting things going to be happening this month...and that is ALL I am saying. 

We are getting our Christmas tree on Wednesday :)

...Weekend Get-Away...

Me and the hubs had one about 2 weeks ago...and thanks to working for Marriott...we got a discount on the room...PLUS an upgrade!!  woot woot!!!  Lets just say that the get-away, was something that we both needed...no baby (by no means I am not saying we didnt miss her, because OMG I could not sleep). 

Its like something inside us sparked and we reconnected in a way that brought us back to the "honeymoon" stage of our relationship.  I could look in his eyes and see the love he has for me, no question I am one of his favorite ladies!!  Of course not first but only second to our wonderful lil bit.

I dont even know where to start...I have fallen in love with him all over again :)

That is all...I had to write it down because Im just way excited!!  Its been exactly 2 years, 4 months, and 25 days since me and the hubs have had a full 2 days by ourselves :)  If you wanna know how I came up with that number....Ever since our wonderful little angle Alexandrea was born.... :)

Right now our game plan is leave Saturday morning check in our hotel...go to Ripley's Believe It or Not, lunch, Seaworld, Diner....then back to the hotel for some pool and hot tub time....Next day, Breakfast, Aquatica, Diner, home to see our baby girl....

BUT unfortuantly when we get home we have to leave again, BUT with babygirl...to fog the house for durn fleas!!  Im tired of them!

Biology

This is my new class I am attending for the next 5 weeks...week 1 is down for the count.  I think I did pretty well on my week end test, but I wont know until I get the grade on Wednesday...bummer!!

Update on us...Everything is going well, for the most part.  Things seem to be falling into place.  Alexandrea is a really busy body lately.  She loves her new school and potty training is going well for the most part.  There are times I really just wanna wait because I personally don't think she is completely completely ready.  But there are those days that she proves me wrong.  Her vocabulary and words are getting much better.  She carries full conversations with us now.  She is learning big words too, like DELICIOUS and FREEZING.  To me those are words a 2 year old should not know, but she does. :)  Don't get me wrong, I love all the learning that she absorbs, but sometimes it makes me sad I wanna tell her to stop growing and getting older so fast.  I cant believe it but she is already 2 and half, and she just turned 2!!

Robert is doing well, for the most part...he is working to basically bring a paycheck home now...he no longer likes working where he is.  His car is back up and running, which that is a life savor because with only one car working, it is really hard for 2 people who work night (well one who works late nights and the other until 8) to get back and forth to work.  Let alone get errands done when the other person needs the car.

ME, well I am doing good.  I am still very stressed, but I would rather not go into details about that quiet yet.  My work is still doing very well.  I made bonus last month, so I am hoping this weeks paycheck has it on it.  If not I know the one at the end of the month will.  For this month, I know I definitely getting it, just to how much, now that is a different story.  Have not lost anymore weight, but that is kind my fault..well DUH it is my fault.  I have not been sticking to my diet and definitely not been exercising.  I'm just soo tired and when I do get the courage to venture out for a walk around the lake with Alexandrea, it rains or something like that.  I am about to start a new goal though of another 20 lbs starting in the beginning of October.  In the mean time, I am just managing to not gain any weight and to stay where I am at.  I have a doc appointment on Friday.  Not going to say what it is, but nothing bad just some basic check up stuff :).  And if you do know what it is for...KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND DON'T TELL ANYONE!!  :)  Sorry had to put that out there.

Well for now I am getting off here, because I am exhausted..I don't have to be at work until 2pm, which is REALLY nice because this whole week I have worked full days.  So tomorrow morning I get to lounge around with lil bit and soak up all her goodness...not to mention I get to come home to my wonderful husband.  Which by the way has really stepped up his game.  I think I am falling more in love with him everyday...but that's another post one day.  :)

Just a little update...we are starting to teach Alexandrea the difference between left and right.  So far, so good!!  YAY!!! 

Funny thing about being sick...

Well lets start off by saying I feel a little better, not much, but enough to probably stay all day at work tomorrow...I took a 1/2 day today.  I have had a bad case of a stomach bug.  I cant keep anything down and well its not soo fun.  The only thing I did all day yesterday was sleep....the hubs was awesome and let me sleep without bugging me to help with the baby.  I LOVE HIM!!!

But one good thing about being sick right now...I lost the pesky 2 lbs...LOL  actually I lost like 3lbs.....LMAO!!!!!!!!!

Just had to make everyone laugh...heading off here to head right back to bed...

JUST TO CLARIFY about EASYHOMES123

We did get our money back finally after being told we would not get it back from easyhomes123, AND if you were to fully read the WHOLE BLOG, the next day shows I updated that we got the money back!!!    We were told the house we were interested in buying was taken off the market, but we have proof that the house was still on their website the whole time...its called screen print with date and time :).  We did not sign a contract saying they could keep the money either. 

As regards to MY OPINION about the company...I would never do business with them ever.  Just do your research.  And I am only updateing this because he had nothing better to do then to look me up and harrasse me by sending me threating text messages that he would sue us for defermation of character. 

Just to clarify as well...this is MY blog and if I choose not to update something that is my business...not yours....GET A LIFE!!!

Alexandrea's 1st day of school

Well the time has finally come, Alexandrea started her first day of school/daycare today.  We walked her in and at first she didnt wanna stay, but as soon as we were in her classroom, she gave me and daddy a hug and kiss and told us to leave.  I got into the car and started to tear up.  Our little girl is now starting to become an independent little girl.  No longer a baby, as I have been informed nuermous times by miss lil bit..."No mommy, I big goorl".

When I got the update of what she did today, I was told she did excellent and loved every minute, and even told her teacher she would see her tomorrow...but not really, she will see her again on Wednesday.  Alexandrea told me she wanted to go back and play with "the kids".  She even had a little status update of her day...she had snack and ate all her apple slices, gram crackers and water.

Guess this means that mommy and daddy will have to give in to Alexandrea's request for a little brother :)  Teehee

!! 2 pounds !!

Have you ever been on a diet, or tried to get healthy and your almost at your goal or your first goal and you have those little 2 pounds staring and pointing at you laughing because you can not seem to lose them????  Well I am there.  My first goal was to lose 20 lbs, and I am stuck at 18.  No matter how much I try, exercise eating right, it seems like these last 2 lbs just wont go away.  I lose them, then I gain them...they are seriously just sitting back and laughing at me.

I am going to try to go back on phase one of the south beach again to see if I can get them gone, but who knows.  Once I get those 2 lbs done, then I am on my next 20 lbs.

It's the weekend :)

As I sit here, doing ABSOLUTELY nothing, I have this feeling like "someone" is missing in our lives.  Robert feels the same way, but currently we are not actually ready to bring that someone into this world.  But everyday I actually see myself ready more and more, earlier and earlier.  I look at Alexandrea and see how happy she is and wish she could have someone else to play with as well.

On that note...Alexandrea was helping me make her diner...she is really into peanut butter sandwichs right now..lol    She was spreading the peanut butter on her bread and just turned and looked up at me and said (and I quote)

"Mommy, I want a little bruder"

Yeah not a little sister, but a little "bruder"!!  I told her mommy and daddy would try to give her a little brother but cant promise it, and then asked if it was ok if she had a baby sister and she looked up at me and said...

"NO MOMMY"  "I will give her back"

LMAO, ok, now how funny was that??

Well today I had to work, so after 3pm, I didnt get to really see the hubs today because he had to work tonight.  But tomorrow I have a couple things planned for Alexandrea...I am hoping she will be surprised :)

Exhaustion..

Before these recent few days, I would have never truely knew what that word meant...exhaustion!!!

Little bit is getting older and more energetic and INDEPENDENT.  It's "mommy I can do it" or "No mommy, I will get it"  Where did my baby go???  If you find her, please send her back home.

Between work (which is going very well by the way...lets just say LOVE IT), school (it's going), being a wife and mother...Im drained.  To the point, that I have been going to bed early, and I mean like 8-9pm.  Which is really early compared to 12-1am...

Hopefully this weekend I will be able to update all the pictures of our past trip to Busch Gardens...and MAYBE from our little trip to the drive in to see Toy Story 3.  Till then, be safe and get some sleep too :)

Sore Sore Sore

So today is day #10....so far still good!  Im losing the weight but its getting to a battle...lol  I am getting sore!!  but that of course is to be expected right?  Well today, more of this morning really, I overcame something that has been a problem for me.  I actually ran for 20 minutes!!!  I may have gotten tired and sore and ended up jogging a couple times, but I did not give up and I did not walk.  So that right there in itself is a big accomplishment for me. 

We went to the water park yesterday, which we had fun spending time together, but thats about it...lol the park itself sucked.  Nothing really to do for Alexandrea...the kiddy area had nothing but water to splash around in, she is way more adventurous than that...lol  So those pictures will be soon posted..hopefully by this weekend I can get to the store and have the film from the waterproof camera developed...AND hopefully they are decent enough to keep...I hate not being able to see the picture right then and there like my digital camera...lol

Well nothing else really to report other than Alexandrea and her communication skills are getting so good.  I am going to get a video of her talk so everyone can see :)

Day 7

So today has been exactly a week since I started my diet....and I have lost 8 lbs....HOW AWESOME!!!

I actually went out and bought a digital scale today which is totally cool because now I know EXACTLY what I way...even down to the points of a pound...also got a Wii Fit Plus game today to help me out....Life is grand..

I was adventureous tonight and made stuffed mushrooms with spinach and cheese :)  They were oooo so yummy! 

Im about to hook this thing up and do me some wii workouts...then its off to bed for me because work is a calling tomorrow from 9-3.  I know its not very long, but who really wants to work on a Saturday????  Especailly when the loves of her life are at home playing and snuggling together without her :(.  I know sucks huh?

Keep your eyes out for new pics to come soon...I went and got an underwater camera for when we go to Adventure Island on Sunday :)

Day 6

So the trip of getting healthier is going well.  Today I weighed myself and the total amount lost so far, is 8lbs!!

YEAH I KNOW RIGHT!!!  8lbs....maybe I will be able to meet my goal by the end of the month for sure...20lbs here I come.

On another note...I think I need to take some time for myself and then some time for me and Robert alone...no baby.  Being constantly busy is starting to affect me.  And I letting it affect other aspects of my life.  Which I shouldnt. I know that sooner or later it is going to hurt my life some how.

Anyways!!  LOL onto a happier note...we have a family day planned for this Sunday @ Adventure Island.  I can not wait honestly.  We are going to have a blast!!  especially Alexandrea.  I think this time around we are deffieantly getting some water shoes..lol because walking around barefoot on the ground at those water parks hurt my feet.  And not to mention we are going to get a waterproof camera so we can take some pictures this time :) 

Nothing other than that to really report today...work has been good for both me and Robert...Alexandrea is really starting to get well pronounced in her vocabulary, lol she told us the other day that her ice cream sandwich(the pretend kind) was "delicious".  Clear as day...I think we are going to get some video of her and post it to let you see...and how she is counting now and naming colors and shapes..

We are some proud parents :)

Day 2....HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!

So today is #1. Independence Day...and I hope everyone has a wonderful day.  Here, looks like it is going to be raining all day.  AGAIN!!  It has been raining all week/weekend.  We are not doing much tonight because Daddy has to work, but me and Alexandrea are going to do some sparklers and some poppy things.  Im going to try to take pictures, but my camera has been acting weird lately :(.

When I said today was 2 things...I was also talking about #2...Today is Day #2 of my diet.

It is actually going very well, I thought I was going to be tired and hungry, but not at all :)  Lets see if I can meet my goal of 20lbs lost by the end of the month....if so, then there is some news that I will be telling everyone :)  If not, guess you will have to wait till I do hit the 20lbs lost mark...lol

Felt like a kid today...

So I was able to get a lot of things that I have wanted and needed...got the freezer chest and now tomorrow I go get the food to put in it..LOL

Was sittin here just chilling with my 2 favorite people in the world and got an AWESOME call on the cell....it was my job...they called to tell me that we met our goal and we DID NOT have to work on Saturday...soooo that means hello 5 DAY WEEKEND!!!!

Well just had to share the flee...Im off to curl up next to a wonderful little angel and wait on daddy to call and let us know that its time to go pick him up from work....

The ramblings of an over tired mommy at 12:11 am

So it is exactly 12:11 am while I am typing this...I should be doing my homework (hence this is why Im still up) but atlas I can not find myself to do it.  Me and the hubs got into tonight...nothing big...just something that is bothering me obviously not to sleep.  I just feel like I should not be the only person contributing to the things around the house...ie: house work.  Why must I be the bad guy when it comes to punishing Alexandrea or telling her not to do something...OR stopping her from destroying the house.  I wish I could let her do everything she wants to around the house because I know I wont have to clean it later!!  BLAH BLAH BLAH!!  Thats the way I feel right now.!!!! JUST BLAH!!!

Ok well that felt a little better...what would REALLY feel a whole lot better is if I were to go into my bedroom, and pour a nice big ole' glass of ice cold water on the wonderful man I love and married and who is the father of my beautiful little angel!!!!!!  Should I??  Or should I not???  That is the true question....or maybe I should take off and let him be "mommy" for the WHOLE day...from "hi mommy I up" to "No mommy I dont wanna seep in my bed...mommy bed"  And on top of that, I should throw in that the house has to stay picked up, laundry has to be done AND you gotta do my homework.!!!  Not to mention maybe through in a couple hours of work @ work ontop of that...hmmmmmm  I honestly dont think he would make it....how about you???

Well I am off to bed now...gotta finish typing up my discussion post for school...then its off to slumber land to dream of a clean house with no worries in the world...tomorrow is yet another day!!

Momma gotta job!!

So I am no longer going to be a full time stay at home mom, but now a part time stay at home mom :) 

I got offered a job and start Monday...Mariott Corporate Office as a Billing Specialist.  Soo I will be updating later on :)

4 boxes left

That is all I have left to unpack...then we are officailly moved into our own place.  Cool thing about it though, is I have about 10-12 boxes of nothing but stuff I put into boxes for garage sale stuff :)  Downsizing is a blast!!  Will post more pictures when I get done unpacking...between unpacking, cookin breakfast, lunch & diner...taking care of a 2 year old (who refuses to take naps anymore), school and a hubs....my life is soo kaotic that I just want to sit and watch it all pass by for one second...

Hope everyone had a good Easter this past weekend.  Since we moved on that day...we are celebrating it tomorrow with Ale :)

Move Day

Today we are getting all the stuff out of storage.  FUN FUN!!  So I will update later...may not be until Sunday or monday though...but one plus...pictures when I do...lol

Quick Update

We are moving into our own apartment in 3 days...thats right 3 DAYS!!!  YAY!!! We are totally excited.  Ale is still growing every day...she talks in almost full sentences...depends on what she is saying.  We had snack one day, and she had to have her kitty, "zee ba" and "ge raf" with her.  She said they needed to have snack too...lol so I took a picture of how she set them up to have snack with us....lol  We played with playdoh for the first time this past week..and we made it out without eating on bit.    Alexandrea is getting a whole lot better with eating with her spoons and forks...just look at that pudding face...thats the only spot it got...nowhere on the tabel...Proud mommy moments are happening everywhere...The potty training is going as good as it is going to get.  She goes a couple times through out the day, then there are days she tells me she wants her diapers...sooo I am just playing it by ear and letting her go when she wants to.  I am not going to rush her.  She is cutting some more back teeth.  Which is weird to me, I guess because she is almost 2 and I figured they would be all in by now.  Which that is another story...TERRIBLE 2's!!!

AUGHHHHHH!!!!!!  They are the worst!!!  I can not wait for this stage to be over already.  One minute she is all loving and happy go lucky, then the next, she is soooo evil.  Slapping, yelling, telling me no with her little finger pointing at me, like if I do not listen to her, I am going to be sorry...LOL  OOO and dont let me forget THE LOOK!!!  She gives you this look like she is going to hurt you just with her thoughts...LOL  That is my goal this week, besides moving...to take a pic of THE LOOK!!!  LMAO.

So until later, on in the week...probably wont be until Easter (Sunday), have a good week and cant wait to update more.  Love you all.
